We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive based in the USA to help expand our client base for IT services.
Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities in the USA market.

Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, Upwork, email and networking.

Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with potential clients.

Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT service solutions.

Meet monthly revenue and lead generation targets.

Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in IT services or software development services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of proposal writing and estimation processes.

Experience with outbound sales and lead generation.

Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales cycle.

Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
