We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Consultant from a Software Development/IT Services background to lead strategic HR initiatives, strengthen talent practices, drive HR innovation, and support organizational growth through technology-enabled and data-driven people solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive and continuously improve HR strategies, policies, and people practices.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent initiatives.
- Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent.
- Identify and implement AI-powered tools and HR technologies to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Recommend and introduce innovative HR practices aligned with industry trends.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure scalable, compliant, and effective HR operations across the organization.
- Mentor and develop the HR team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Tools Requirements:

- Experience with HR analytics, reporting, and workforce planning dashboards.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and digital HR solutions.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant specialization will be an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications in HR Technology, Talent Management, or AI in HR are a plus.
