Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer cum Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure the seamless execution of projects, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Management
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Manage labor and subcontractors, ensuring high productivity and work quality.
Project Coordination
- Liaise with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for effective project execution.
- Ensure timely delivery and availability of construction materials.
Quality & Safety Assurance
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve construction issues or deviations from plans promptly.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed site reports including daily progress, labor deployment, and material usage.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory documentation and processes.
Budget & Timeline Management
- Monitor project expenses to align with budgetary guidelines.
- Develop and implement schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.
Safety Oversight
- Enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
- Lead regular safety briefings and address any potential hazards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety norms.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Proactive leadership skills with strong organizational and communication abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
