We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Service Associate to join our front-of-house team. As the face of our cafe, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience from the moment they walk in. Key Responsibilities Guest Relations: Greet customers warmly, manage seating, and provide attentive service throughout their visit. Order Management: Take food and drink orders accurately and use our point-of-sale system to process payments. Table Service: Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure guests have everything they need, including cutlery and condiments. Cafe Maintenance: Assist in keeping the dining area, counters, and service stations clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our menu to provide recommendations and answer guest enquiries.
