Job Summary
The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage data records, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong Excel knowledge, and the ability to handle email correspondence professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients regarding project updates, documentation, and queries.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and the Production & Accounts teams.
- Follow up with the Production and Accounts departments to ensure timely updates and completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate data and update records in Excel and company systems.
- Prepare, draft, and respond to professional emails.
- Generate and maintain reports using MS Excel.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering or updating records.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of client-related information.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up to meet client requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (Written & Verbal).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel .
- Professional email drafting and correspondence skills.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Computer proficiency is mandatory.
