Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representative to promote and sell IT hardware, software solutions, and managed services to Government Departments, PSUs, Educational Institutions, Corporate Clients, and Private Enterprises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining excellent client relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and consistently achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both Government and private sectors.
- Generate high-quality leads through field visits, networking, references, and online platforms.
- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and comprehensive solution presentations.
- Understand customer requirements, identify emerging technologies, and propose suitable technology solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to drive revenue generation and convert qualified leads.
2. Tender Support & Account Management
- Identify Government tenders through GeM, CPPP, and State procurement portals, coordinating closely with the pre-sales team for participation.
- Follow up with departments regarding bid submissions, technical presentations, demonstrations, and purchase orders.
- Prepare precise quotations, business proposals, and techno-commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, finalize sales orders, and support overall contract execution.
- Take ownership of financial tracking by following up on payments and outstanding receivables.
3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain regular interaction with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer queries efficiently, coordinating with technical teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure consistent repeat business and identify clear opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Prepare periodic sales, conversion, and market reports for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Commercial Competencies
- Solid knowledge of IT hardware, software, networking, and enterprise solutions.
- Functional understanding of Government procurement, tendering processes, and GeM portal operations (experience in Government/PSU/University sales is an added advantage).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to prepare professional business proposals.

Educational Background
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
