Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and servicing of HVAC chiller systems.

Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, and related HVAC equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and control system issues.

Monitor chiller performance and recommend corrective actions for improved efficiency.
-
Attend service calls at customer sites and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
-
Carry out refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and vacuuming activities.
-
Read and interpret P&ID drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
-
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and customer documentation.
-
Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams for service execution.
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service procedures.
-
Support Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and energy optimization projects.
-
Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables required for service activities.
-
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
-
2–4 years of experience in servicing and maintenance of HVAC chillers.
-
Experience working on reputed chiller brands such as Carrier, Trane, Daikin, York, Blue Star, Mitsubishi, or similar.

Strong understanding of refrigeration cycle and HVAC fundamentals.

Screw, scroll, and centrifugal compressors

Cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs

PLC/BMS controls

Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, compressors, VFDs, sensors, and control panels.

Familiarity with refrigerants such as R134a, R410A, R407C, and R1234ze.

Ability to use diagnostic instruments such as manifold gauges, multimeters, clamp meters, and vacuum pumps.
