Food and Beverage Server - Job Description
- Welcome guests politely and guide them to their tables with a friendly attitude.
- Present menus, explain dishes or beverages, and take accurate customer orders.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality service standards are maintained.
- Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any requests.
- Clear tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area, and reset tables for the next guests.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
- Handle billing and payments when required, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant service procedures at all times.
