Job Title: Project Architect (Design, Coordination & Execution)Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Project Architect to lead projects from the initial conceptual stage through to final on-site execution. You will act as the vital bridge between the design studio, clients, structural consultants, and the on-site construction team to ensure flawless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities1. Design & Development
- Lead the design direction, translating client briefs into innovative and functional architectural concepts.
- Develop detailed schematic designs, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
- Review and refine working drawings, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with local building codes.
- Prepare and present design proposals and presentation boards to clients and stakeholders.
2. Project Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, structural/MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate inter-team efforts (design, structural, interiors, and procurement) to prevent clashes and delays.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring all project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Review and finalize Bill of Quantities (BOQs), material specifications, and project budgets.
3. Site Execution & Quality Control
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure exact adherence to the architectural plans and design intent.
- Resolve design-related issues and conflicts that arise on-site promptly and efficiently.
- Enforce strict quality assurance and site safety standards.
- Oversee material procurement, verifying that finishes and fixtures match the approved design specifications.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience handling the end-to-end lifecycle of architectural/interior projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong project management skills, and excellent client-facing communication.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
