Job Role: UKG Solutions Architect
Experience: 8 to 15 Years
Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, PAN India
Must Have:
§ 8 – 10 years of hands-on experience as a UKG Consultant with a strong focus on UKG Pro Workforce Management.
§ Certified UKG WFM Pro Time Keeping
§ Experience in configuring UKG PRO Workforce for Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities. Attestation is an added advantage.
§ Certification and experience in Dell Boomi integration platform
§ Experience in setting up Clock Terminals and troubleshooting.
§ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
§ Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to UKG WFM Pro and integration components.
Good to Have:
§ Experience in SQL Programming Knowledge
§ Experience in Agile Methodology
