Senior AI/ML Engineer
Mumbai / Remote | Full-Time | 15–20 LPA | Experience: 5+ Years
We are hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience in production-grade AI/ML systems, especially in Document AI, OCR, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for document processing and automation.
- Build end-to-end pipelines for extraction, classification, and validation.
- Develop LLM-powered applications using LangChain/LangGraph.
- Integrate OCR, Document AI, and RPA workflows in production environments.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Required Skills
- Experience with Document AI platforms: Rossum, Hyperscience, Nanonets, Infrrd
- Hands-on with Azure AI Document Intelligence & AWS Textract
- Knowledge of LlamaParse, LayoutLMv3, Donut, LandingAI ADE Split
- Strong understanding of NLP, OCR, prompt engineering, and model optimization
- Experience with RPA tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate
- Strong foundation in ML, statistics, probability, and optimization
Mandatory Requirement
Candidates must have prior experience working in AI/ML-focused organizations where AI technologies are actively built, deployed, or productized in real-world production environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud AI deployment experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience in enterprise AI automation and intelligent workflows
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in AI, ML, Computer Science, or related field
