St. Xavier's High School, KTPS (Koderma Thermal Power Station), is inviting applications for the position of Roller Skating Coach to join our growing Sports Academy and contribute to the holistic development of our students.

Position
Roller Skating Coach
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct roller skating training sessions for students across different age groups.
- Develop foundational skating skills, balance, coordination, agility, and endurance.
- Identify talented students and prepare them for inter-school, district, state, and national-level competitions.
- Ensure safety standards and proper usage of skating equipment.
- Organize practice schedules, demonstrations, and skating events.
- Maintain records of student performance and progress.
- Work closely with the Sports Department to promote a culture of fitness and sporting excellence.
- Assist in the development and expansion of the school's sports programs.
Eligibility / Qualification
- B.P.Ed. (Bachelor of Physical Education) preferred.
- Graduates from any discipline with relevant coaching experience may also apply.
Experience
- 0–5 years of experience in roller skating coaching, training, or competitive skating.
- Freshers with strong technical skills and a passion for coaching are encouraged to apply.
Desired Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor young learners.
- Knowledge of competition rules, skating techniques, and sports safety practices.
- Commitment to student development and sportsmanship.
Age
- Preferably between 21 and 40 years.
Salary & Benefits
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
