Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell surgical and medical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for surgeons, doctors, and purchase departments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
- Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical engineer or any related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in surgical or medical product sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
