Salary: ₹25,000+ per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Hygiene Incharge to maintain and monitor hygiene and sanitation standards across all plant operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in meat processing facilities and a thorough understanding of hygiene practices in both Black Zone and White Zone areas, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain hygiene standards throughout the plant.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of Black Zone areas, including: Lairage, Slaughter, Offals, Dung Area, Rendering, Blood Coagulator
- Ensure hygiene compliance in White Zone areas, including: Chillers, Blast Freezers, Cold Store, Processing Hall, Packing Area, Plate Freezer, Dispatch Area
- Supervise cleaning schedules and sanitation activities.
- Maintain hygiene of internal and external roads and surrounding premises.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and PPE.
- Conduct routine hygiene inspections and report non-conformities.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Maintenance teams to maintain sanitation standards.
- Train housekeeping and sanitation staff on hygiene procedures and GMP requirements.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SSOP, FSSAI, and customer hygiene requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4–5 years of experience as a Hygiene Incharge or similar role in the meat processing/export industry.
- Strong knowledge of Black Zone and White Zone hygiene management.
- Knowledge of sanitation chemicals, cleaning procedures, and food safety standards.
- Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
This role is ideal for a candidate who can independently manage plant hygiene, maintain food safety standards, and ensure a clean and compliant processing environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
