About the Role
Network Courier is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Courier Operations Trainees to join our international training programme.
Successful candidates will undergo 3 months of structured training at our Singapore headquarters, where they will gain practical knowledge of courier operations, customer service, operational systems, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn end-to-end courier operations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Understand shipment booking, processing, and tracking procedures.
- Learn parcel sorting and dispatch coordination.
- Assist with customer enquiries and service support.
- Gain hands-on experience using courier management systems.
- Learn route planning and delivery coordination processes.
- Monitor shipment status and prepare operational reports.
- Support quality assurance and service improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with experienced operations supervisors and team members.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
Training Programme
- 3-month structured training at Network Courier's Singapore office.
- Practical exposure to daily courier operations.
- Mentoring by experienced operations professionals.
- Regular performance reviews and feedback.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and good organisational skills.
- Willing to travel to Singapore for the training programme and return to India upon completion.
