About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving organic search performance across our web properties through technical SEO, content strategy, and data-driven optimisation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, engineering, and analytics, while also contributing to Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) — an emerging area focused on AI-powered search discoverability.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical SEO & Site Health:
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement fixes using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
- Optimise site architecture, URL structures, canonicalization, pagination, and hreflang for global and multilingual websites
- Monitor and maintain crawl health, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
- Manage and advise on website infrastructure, including domains, hosting, DNS, and redirect strategies
Analytics & Reporting:
- Set up, manage, and analyse SEO performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Build dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Leverage Adobe Analytics and other tools to derive insights and identify growth opportunities
- Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable recommendations
Content Strategy & GEO:
- Develop and execute SEO and GEO-driven content strategies using tools like Market Muse and Conductor
- Conduct content audits to identify gaps, consolidation opportunities, and optimisation needs
- Apply AI search discoverability best practices for both traditional and generative search engines
- Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, optimised content aligned with user intent and ranking factors
Collaboration & Project Management:
- Work with cross-functional and global teams to align SEO strategy and execution
- Manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Communicate technical SEO concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical SEO:
- 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience with strong technical expertise
- Proven experience in site audits and resolving technical SEO issues
- Strong understanding of URL structures, canonicals, pagination, and hreflang
- Basic knowledge of website infrastructure (domains, hosting, DNS, CDNs)
Tools & Platforms:
- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Conductor, MarketMuse, and Content King
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Analytics
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modelling) and Power BI
Strategy & Content:
- Strong understanding of content strategy and SEO performance drivers
- Knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-driven search
- Familiarity with digital content best practices across channels
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Comfortable working with global teams across time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of schema markup and structured data implementation
- Understanding of paid search (PPC) and its alignment with SEO
- Experience in multilingual SEO or multi-market environments
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or related fields
