Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and leveraging low-code platforms to deliver effective solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in application engineering.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Maximo.
- Experience with application configuration and support.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code development platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot application issues.
- Understanding of system performance metrics and optimization techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in IBM Maximo.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
