Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and courier services.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper front office management.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and schedule appointments.
- Manage office stationery, pantry supplies, and inventory.
- Maintain office files, records, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and support services.
- Assist the HR and Accounts teams with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Ensure the reception and office premises are well organized and presentable.
- Support management with other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
