Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Admission Counselors to guide students interested in online UG and PG programs.The role involves interacting with prospective students, understanding their educational goals, and guiding them toward suitable online UG and PG programs. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, handling leads, conducting regular follow-ups, and assisting them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls and understand their requirements.
Counsel students and recommend suitable UG/PG programs.
Explain course details and guide students through the admission process.
Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Candidates with a positive attitude and good convincing skills are preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
