- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale civil projects, including infrastructure, commercial, residential, or industrial developments.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and progress.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, quality requirements, procurement, and approvals. environmental requirements. Documentation for stakeholders and senior leadership, and site teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress
- Oversee contract negotiations and vendor management
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory.
- Prepare detailed project reports and presentations.
- Mentor and lead junior project managers and engineers
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
