Travel Tip is hiring energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executives / Field Marketing Executives for our Chandigarh & Patiala branches.
The role is focused on B2B Travel Sales, Travel Agent Acquisition, Corporate Tie-ups and Business Development.
We are looking for candidates who are confident, good at communication and comfortable with meeting people and travelling locally for business development.
Job Responsibilities
- Visit travel agents, travel agencies and corporate companies.
- Develop new business relationships and generate B2B leads.
- Create new tie-ups with travel agents and corporate clients.
- Promote TravelTip's B2B portal and travel services.
- Onboard new travel-agent partners.
- Explain our products, services and B2B solutions to potential clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with new and existing partners.
- Build long-term relationships with agents and corporate clients.
- Generate business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits in Chandigarh, Patiala and nearby areas.
- Coordinate with the internal team for client requirements and business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and convincing personality.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Comfortable with field work and client meetings.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development.
- Experience in travel, tourism, sales or business development will be an advantage.

Salary & Incentives
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Incentives + Sales Bonus are EXTRA and will be provided over and above the salary, based on performance, business generation and sales achievements.
