Job Title: Operations Intern – Logistics & Freight Forwarding

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Operations Intern to join our logistics and freight forwarding team in Trivandrum. This internship offers hands-on exposure to international logistics, shipment coordination, documentation, customer service, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating import and export shipments.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents and operational records.
- Coordinate with customers, airlines, shipping lines, transporters, and internal teams.
- Update shipment status in ERP and customer portals.
- Monitor shipment milestones and follow up with stakeholders.
- Support customs documentation and compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
- Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (final year students or recent graduates) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates must be based in Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualification
- Candidates with an IATA certification or those currently pursuing an IATA course will be given preference.
