JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: F&B Service Junior Associate
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor / F&B Captain
Job Summary:
The F&B Service Junior Associate is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests promptly.
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and report issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Assist in clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
- Follow company grooming, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
- Freshers must have completed a Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
- Candidates with prior experience in F&B service will have an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
