Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key duties include identifying new customers, negotiating about products, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to guide clients effectively.
Qualifications
10 Years of experience in sales of CNC Machines
Experience in high value German and Japanese machines is most preferred.
Strong Clientele in South India
Proven skills in Sales Strategy and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Complete Technical knowledge on CNC Machines
Experience in Market Research, Negotiation, and Lead Generation
Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
Self-motivation, self-driven with strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as MS Office applications,
Basic knowledge on component drawings, CAD/ CAM tools etc..
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
