Handle end-to-end project execution for plastic manufacturing and engineering projects. Coordinate with internal departments such as design, production, purchase, and quality. Prepare project plans, schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Communicate with customers regarding project requirements, updates, and delivery timelines. Track project costs, materials, and resources to maintain budget control. Conduct daily and weekly project review meetings and update management on project status. Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures. Support installation, trials, and commissioning activities if required. Prepare and maintain inspection reports to ensure project success, including dimensional and functional verification of components.
