- Train and guide sales consultants on vehicle sales process and customer handling.
- Conduct daily sales coaching sessions and product training.
- Monitor showroom sales performance and support team in achieving targets.
- Assist sales team in lead conversion and follow-up activities.
- Ensure proper customer experience and dealership standards are maintained.
- Support new employees with onboarding and sales process training.
- Analyze sales reports and identify improvement areas for the team.
- Coordinate with sales managers for monthly targets and promotional activities.
- Improve team communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ensure CRM updates and customer follow-up activities are completed properly.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
