Position Overview:
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and personal support to the executive. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a high level of discretion. The ideal candidate should be proactive, presentable, and capable of managing both professional and personal tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities1.
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Handle email communication, phone calls, and follow‑ups.
- Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Office & Operational Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in procurement, logistics, and basic office management tasks.
- Organize files, records, and maintain digital documentation.
Communication & Presentation
- Draft letters, emails, and professional communication notes.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries.
- Represent the executive professionally in interactions when required.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email tools, and digital apps.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Presentable, confident, and well‑spoken.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,194.27 per month
