Hiring Botany Lecturer (Degree)
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Botany Lecturer to teach Degree students and support their academic development.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Botany for degree students.
Prepare and deliver engaging classroom lessons.
Conduct practical/laboratory sessions effectively.
Prepare lesson plans, study material, assignments and question papers.
Conduct tests and evaluate student performance.
Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance.
Prepare and maintain student academic records.
Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities and college events.
Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
Qualifications
M.Sc. in Botany or a relevant subject.
B.Ed. is preferred.
Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
Good classroom management and teaching abilities.
Experience teaching for College students is preferred.
Experience
2–5 years of teaching experience preferred.
Salary: Negotiable based on experiance
