- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- No Sales Targets – Performance will be evaluated based on communication quality, lead generation, and reporting.
- Explain company services and understand customer requirements.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain communication.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel.
- Prepare and submit daily call reports to the reporting manager.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and professional communication skills.
