We are looking for a proactive and experienced Billing cum Execution Engineer who will also function as the Site In-Charge for our ongoing projects. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge and hands-on site management experience in Industrial, Building, and Infrastructure projects. Preference will be given to candidates having prior exposure to Substation and Switchyard projects.
The role requires an individual capable of handling project execution, billing activities, manpower coordination, client interactions, and maintaining project progress under challenging site conditions. Candidates should be comfortable working in rural, remote, and demanding project locations, as many of our projects are executed in difficult terrains and operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall site execution activities as Site In-Charge
- Monitor project progress and ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Prepare and manage client billing, subcontractor billing, BOQ reconciliation, and quantity measurements
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and vendors
- Handle planning, resource allocation, and day-to-day site operations
- Supervise manpower, subcontractors, and site staff for timely execution
- Maintain DPRs, progress reports, billing records, and project documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures
- Resolve site-level challenges and maintain smooth project execution
- Monitor material consumption and coordinate procurement requirements
- Handle work execution in difficult site conditions with a problem-solving approach
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience (can be adjusted as per requirement)
- Experience in Industrial, Building, and Infrastructure projects is mandatory
- Preference for candidates having worked in Substation, Switchyard, Transmission projects
- Good understanding of billing procedures, BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and execution planning
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
