Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas and service stations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth and timely service.
- Handle billing and payment processes (if required).
- Monitor table turnover and ensure efficient seating of guests.
- Train and guide junior stewards (for Captain role).
- Ensure adherence to company service standards and SOPs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
