The day-to-day work of an e-commerce MIS Data Analyst is often full-time at the computer
with some meetings. The data they gather includes sales, rankings, customer reviews and the
standing of a company's online competition.
- Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.
- Good knowledge with MS-Excel- Formulas, Pivot table, Charts, V-lookup etc.
Excellent internal customer service abilities Familiarity with any database and query reporting
tools to prepare and extract data from the leading ERP solutions.
