Recruiter - Job Description:
We are looking for a HR recruiter with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization. The HR recruiter will execute recruitment plans and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions.
As a HR Recruiter, you should focus primarily on acquiring talented candidates according to the Job description shared with you ( both IT and Non-IT ) The Recruiter should have a network of contacts in the industry and understand how to use social media to attract suitable candidates for current and future positions.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
· Sourcing and Screening of profiles as per Job Description from your own network
· Filling positions for the job description given
· Developing own network of suitable candidates.
· Administration and record-keeping of candidate profiles sent.
· Working on End to end recruitment cycle. · Follow up with candidates and schedule interviews
· Coordinate for Offer letters and ensure smooth On-boarding. · Collecting Joining documents and co-ordination until On-boarding
· Discuss and explain job descriptions to suitable candidates
· Networking with suitable candidates and being active in social media.
Recruiter Requirements:
· Any Bachelor's degree | MBA HR
· A minimum of 1- 2 years work experience. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
· Excellent record keeping.
· Familiarity with online job hunting websites and social media
· Additional languages like Hindi , Telugu & Malayalam will be added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
