Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst with 3–4 years of experience in handling large datasets, creating dashboards, and generating business insights. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, capable of processing raw data into meaningful reports, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of AI tools to enhance productivity and reporting will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and process raw data from multiple sources.
- Convert raw data into structured MIS reports and actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports.
- Modify and enhance existing MIS reports and dashboards as per business requirements.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and business opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Advanced Formulas, Charts, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in creating and managing MIS reports and interactive dashboards.
- Ability to work with large volumes of raw data and convert it into meaningful business reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make quick modifications to reports based on business requirements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools for improving efficiency is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
