We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive with 1–2 years of experience in handling government and private tenders. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of tenders.
- Search and monitor Government and Private e-Tender portals on a daily basis.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and compile technical and financial bid documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for collecting required documents and information.
- Ensure timely submission of bids through online and offline modes.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, Bank Guarantees, and supporting documents.
- Track tender status, corrigenda, pre-bid meetings, and bid results.
- Liaise with clients, government departments, and portal support teams whenever required.
- Prepare compliance checklists and ensure all tender requirements are met.
- Maintain a database of company credentials, certificates, work orders, and experience documents.
- Assist in preparing presentations, capability statements, and pre-qualification documents.
- Follow up on tender clarifications and post-award documentation.
- Knowledge of Government e-Procurement portals such as CPP Portal, GeM, State e-Tender Portals, and other procurement websites.
- Good understanding of tender documentation and bid preparation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
