Job Title: Cyber Security Trainer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Cyber Security Trainer with 2–4 years of experience to deliver engaging training sessions on cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cybersecurity and the ability to train students or working professionals through practical, industry-oriented learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom, online, and hands-on training on cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
Train candidates on topics such as:
Network Security
Ethical Hacking
Penetration Testing
Vulnerability Assessment
Web Application Security
Information Security Fundamentals
Security Operations Center (SOC)
Incident Response
Digital Forensics (Basic)
Cloud Security Fundamentals
Conduct practical lab sessions using cybersecurity tools and virtual lab environments.
Develop and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
Mentor students on projects, certifications, and career development.
Evaluate trainee performance through tests, assignments, and mock interviews.
Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, and industry trends.
Assist in curriculum development and continuously improve training content.
Provide guidance for industry certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP (Foundation), or equivalent.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, and firewalls.
Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools such as:
Kali Linux
Wireshark
Nmap
Burp Suite
Metasploit
Nessus/OpenVAS
OWASP ZAP
Knowledge of Windows and Linux security.
Understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and mitigation techniques.
Familiarity with SIEM tools and SOC operations is an added advantage.
Good presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
