Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to generate high-quality leads for real estate projects.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in lead generation campaigns, campaign optimization, audience targeting, performance tracking, and lead cost optimization. Real estate or property marketing experience is highly preferred.
Industry Preference
Real Estate / Property Marketing experience is highly preferred.
Candidates with experience generating leads for real estate projects, apartments, villas, plots, commercial properties, builders, or property developers will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns for real estate projects.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns.
- Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search and lead generation campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
- Manage daily/weekly advertising budgets effectively.
- Test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the creative and sales teams for ad creatives and lead follow-ups.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights for improving campaign results.
- Monitor competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Ensure leads are properly captured and shared with the sales/presales team.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads.
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Lead Generation Campaigns.
- Experience with audience targeting and retargeting.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads lead generation.
- Candidates who can demonstrate previous campaign performance/results are preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
