Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and creative Western Dance Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Western Dance forms and the ability to inspire students through engaging dance instruction. The candidate should be capable of choreographing performances, nurturing talent, and preparing students for school events, cultural programs, and competitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and well-structured Western dance classes for students across different age groups.
- Teach various Western dance forms using age-appropriate techniques and methodologies.
- Choreograph and train students for school functions, annual events, cultural programs, and inter-school competitions.
- Foster creativity, confidence, teamwork, and stage presence among students.
- Plan and organize dance performances, rehearsals, and practice schedules.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and student-friendly learning environment.
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, and co-curricular planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or a related discipline.
- Formal training or certification in Western dance forms is preferred.
- Relevant teaching experience in Western dance is mandatory.
