Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for our IT and Digital Service verticals. The candidate will be responsible for selling software development services, mobile application development, AI-integrated solutions, digital marketing services, branding solutions, lead generation services, and software products such as ERP, CRM, billing software, and customized business automation solutions.
The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, client meetings, sales presentations, proposal discussions, team handling, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, consultative selling abilities, leadership qualities, and experience in IT services or digital solutions sales.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, references, networking, LinkedIn, campaigns, and fi eld activities.
Sell IT services including:
● Software Development
● Mobile App Development
● AI-integrated Solutions
● Web Development
● Digital Marketing Services
● Branding Services
● Lead Generation Services
Sell company software products:
● ERP Solutions
● CRM Solutions
● Billing Software
● Customized Automation Products
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and business presentations.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
Negotiate and close deals successfully.
Client Relationship Management
● Build long-term relationships with clients.
● Ensure proper follow-up with leads and prospects.
● Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for project execution.
● Maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
Team Management
● Handle and guide the business development/sales team.
● Monitor daily calling activities and lead follow-ups.
● Conduct sales training and motivation sessions.
● Track team performance and productivity.
Lead Management
● Work on inbound and outbound leads.
● Coordinate with digital marketing team for lead conversions.
● Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline reports.
● Ensure systematic lead nurturing and follow-up.
Revenue & Target Management
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Ensure team revenue achievement.
● Improve conversion ratios and sales performance.
● Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.

Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
