About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales for residential rooftop solar projects across Delhi/NCR. This role is ideal for professionals with strong field sales experience and a passion for renewable energy solutions.
The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, explaining solar solutions, and closing sales while coordinating with internal teams for successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert sales opportunities for residential rooftop solar projects.
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and site assessments across Delhi/NCR.
- Educate homeowners about solar energy solutions, pricing, government subsidies, ROI, and long-term benefits.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project feasibility reports.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral sources.
- Execute local marketing campaigns, society outreach programs, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up schedules, and sales reports.
- Stay updated with MNRE guidelines, subsidy schemes, and net-metering regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in:
- Solar Sales
- Field Sales
- B2C Sales
- Real Estate Sales
- Experience in residential rooftop solar sales is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of Delhi/NCR residential markets and societies.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi/NCR.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented field sales environment.
