Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
Unlimited Monthly Incentives
- Earn 1% incentive on every sale

Your Role
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you'll convert inbound business enquiries into successful sales.
You'll interact with manufacturers, purchase managers, quality engineers, maintenance teams, laboratories, consultants, and government buyers across India.
This is an Inside Sales role. You will work from our office in Amravati. No field visits are required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Respond promptly to enquiries received through IndiaMART, Justdial, our website, email, telephone, and other channels
- Understand customer requirements by asking the right technical questions
- Recommend suitable products based on application and specifications
- Build trust through professional communication
Sales & Business Development
- Prepare accurate quotations
- Negotiate pricing within company guidelines
- Follow up consistently until orders are confirmed
- Convert enquiries into long-term customers
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Generate repeat business
- Resolve customer queries professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution
Sales Pipeline Management
Maintain and update CRM/Excel records, including:
- Hot, Warm & Cold Leads
- Follow-up schedules
- Quotation status
- Sales conversion ratios
- Monthly sales performance
A Typical Day at UBIXA
Your day may include:
- Speaking with industrial customers across India
- Understanding technical applications
- Preparing quotations
- Following up on pending offers
- Coordinating with suppliers
- Negotiating commercial terms
- Closing purchase orders
- Building repeat business with existing customers

Who We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Production, or related fields
Candidates with strong industrial B2B sales experience are also encouraged to apply, even if their educational background differs.
Experience
- 1–4 years in Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or B2B Sales
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply
Skills You'll Need
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an advantage)
- Confidence speaking with industrial customers over phone and email
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Customer-first attitude
- Ability to understand technical products quickly
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.
