Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable briefs for internal creative, strategy, media, and production teams.
- Manage end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare campaign briefs, presentations, status reports, meeting notes, and timelines.
- Manage digital campaigns across social media, content, influencer marketing, performance marketing, websites, and other digital touchpoints.
- Review creative concepts and ensure they align with client expectations and brand guidelines.
- Track project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals.
- Present ideas and campaign recommendations to clients confidently.
- Monitor campaign performance and share reports, insights, and recommendations with clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging digital platforms.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹575,000.00 per year
