Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise in patient assessment, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and physiotherapy management.
The candidate should be capable of independently assessing patients, identifying and evaluating musculoskeletal and functional issues, and providing appropriate physiotherapy interventions. Candidates with experience or expertise in Orthopaedics are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and clinical evaluations of patients.
* Assess and identify musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and functional issues.
* Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
* Provide evidence-based physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation.
* Manage patients with orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
* Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, rehabilitation, and preventive care.
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation.
* Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care.
* Ensure high standards of clinical practice, patient safety, and service quality.
* Guide and support junior physiotherapists when required.
* Maintain professional and ethical standards in all clinical interactions.
Job Requirements
* MPT (Master of Physiotherapy) is mandatory.
* 2–4 years of relevant clinical experience.
* Strong experience in patient assessment and clinical evaluation.
* Ability to independently assess and identify patient issues and functional limitations.
* Experience or expertise in Orthopaedics is preferred.
* Good knowledge of physiotherapy treatment techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
* Strong clinical reasoning and patient management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
