Job Title: Tele Calling Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Calling Executive to connect with potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in driving business growth. The role involves handling customer interactions, explaining real estate projects, scheduling site visits, and maintaining accurate lead records to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers from provided databases, references, and digital leads
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, amenities, and location advantages to prospective clients
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Follow up with prospects regarding site visits, project updates, and bookings
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM and Excel
- Coordinate with Sales Managers and Site Heads for customer appointments
- Maintain daily call reports, lead status reports, and follow-up trackers
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information about projects
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers
- Ensure timely follow-up and lead nurturing to maximize conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or lead generation
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage customers and build rapport over calls
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, and MS Office
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Good organizational and time management abilities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
