- Review and process customer orders with precise details (weight, karat/purity, design specifications)
- Validate pricing based on gold rate, making charges, and applicable taxes
- Coordinate with production team for order planning and scheduling
- Ensure availability of raw materials (gold, stones, etc.) in coordination with inventory team
- Track order progress from manufacturing to final dispatch
- Work closely with quality control to ensure purity and finishing standards are met
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, and special/custom design requests
- Maintain strict documentation for audit and compliance purposes
- Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for secure and timely delivery
- Communicate order status to sales team and customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing/order processing (preferably jewellery/gold industry)
- Understanding of gold purity (karats), weight calculations, and pricing structure
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in Malayalam is an added advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience in jewellery ERP/software
- Knowledge of hallmarking standards and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with custom jewellery order workflows
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
