As part of our expansion, we are looking for dynamic, detail-oriented, and people-focused individuals to join our HR team in Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Identify hiring needs and coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and selection.
- Maintain candidate database and ensure proper documentation of hiring records.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Ability to assess candidates and match them with job requirements.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with job portals and HR tools is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- candidates with up to 3 years of experience in recruitment can apply.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong interest in HR and Talent Acquisition.
