Job Summary
MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar is seeking a passionate and dedicated PRT English Teacher to build strong language and communication skills among primary school students. The candidate should be capable of creating an engaging and child-friendly learning environment while following CBSE curriculum standards.
Preference
Local candidates will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to primary school students as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct interactive and activity-based classroom sessions.
- Encourage creativity, communication, and language development among students.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, parent interactions, and academic events.
- Maintain student records and timely submission of reports.
Required Qualification
- B.A./M.A. in English or relevant subject.
- B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. is preferred.
- CTET qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and subject knowledge may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent command over English language and grammar.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
- Basic computer knowledge and smart classroom handling skills.
