Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and patient-friendly Dental Assistant to support the dentist in providing high-quality dental care. The candidate will be responsible for assisting during dental procedures, maintaining instruments and equipment, preparing the dental operatory, and ensuring proper patient care and infection-control practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the dentist during dental procedures and treatments.
* Prepare the dental chair, instruments, and materials before procedures.
* Maintain and sterilize dental instruments as per infection-control protocols.
* Assist with patient preparation and provide basic post-treatment instructions as directed by the dentist.
* Handle and maintain dental equipment and ensure the operatory is clean and ready for use.
* Maintain proper records of patients, procedures, and treatment-related documentation.
* Manage dental materials and maintain adequate inventory of consumables.
* Follow all hygiene, safety, and infection-control guidelines.
* Coordinate with the front office and other staff for smooth patient flow.
* Ensure a clean, organized, and patient-friendly dental environment.
* Support the dentist in routine and specialized dental procedures as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Diploma/Certificate in Dental Assisting or a relevant qualification.
* Prior experience as a Dental Assistant will be preferred.
* Good knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and sterilization procedures.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
* Patient-friendly attitude with good professional etiquette.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to different dental procedures.

A candidate who is punctual, well-groomed, disciplined, responsible, and capable of working in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining high standards of patient care and hygiene.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
