We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Experience Required
- 0 to 5 years of experience in business, marketing, education & research or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Knowledge of the Ed tech industry is a plus
- Previous inside sales or similar experience is preferred
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment

- Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers or leads
- Client Relationship Management; Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships
- Product Knowledge: Understand the company's products or services thoroughly
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales pitches to customers
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate with customers to reach agreements
- Closing Sales: Take ownership of the sales process and close deals successfully
- Sales Target: Set and achieve individual and team sales targets or quotas
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about products and sales techniques
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments for customer satisfaction
- Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback for improvement
- Professionalism: Conduct all sales activities with integrity and professionalism
- Adaptability: Be open to feedback and adapt sales strategies as needed
