About the Role
Maneesh Media is looking for an SEO Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, along with basic knowledge of WordPress. The ideal candidate should understand current search trends, AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and the use of AI tools for SEO and content optimisation.
This is a full-time work-from-office position for someone who can independently handle day-to-day SEO activities and contribute to improving the company's organic visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities.
- Optimise website pages, blogs, titles, meta descriptions, headings and internal linking.
- Implement AEO strategies to improve visibility in AI-generated answers and search features.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic and overall SEO performance.
- Work on technical SEO basics and identify website optimisation opportunities.
- Manage and optimise content published on WordPress.
- Upload, format and update basic website content through WordPress.
- Use AI tools for keyword research, content analysis, optimisation, ideation and SEO workflows.
- Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
- Conduct competitor and SERP analysis.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and track improvements.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends and emerging AI/AEO practices.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of practical SEO experience.
- Good understanding of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO and basic Technical SEO.
- Working knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) is required.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools is compulsory.
- Basic working knowledge of WordPress.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of keyword research and SEO tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work from office and manage tasks independently.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Candidates who are only familiar with theoretical SEO concepts and do not have hands-on experience with SEO, AEO and AI tools are requested not to apply.
